Benedict Foëx

Professor of Law

Benedict Foëx is Professor of Law at theUniversity of Geneva since 1995. He teaches and conducts research into real rights and security law. He is also co-director of the Duke-Geneva Institute in Transnational Law, which offers each summer to sixty students in a dozen countries a series of six lessons dealing with issues of comparative law or international law. Doctor of Laws, Benedict Foëx practiced at the bar for a dozen years and remains an adviser to a law firm in Geneva.
